Minutes A. Minutes of the 3/19/2013 Regular Personnel & Pension Board Meeting III. Old Business A. Status of Wilmington Trust fees, added under suspension of the rules at the 3/19/2013 meeting. In October 2012, WT agreed to reduce their fees by 2dBs due to the fact they will no longer process pension payments beginning January 2013. IV. New Business A. 2013 first quarter review of the OPEB Fund and the Retirement Fund with Marc Shegoski and Ashley Martella of UBS. B. Request from Diane Harrington of BOE to purchase one year of prior service. C. Request from Anthony Lasaracina to reinstate his disability pension. D. Request from William Nash to reinstate his disability pension. E. Pension calculation(s): i. Peter Dietz, who retired 3/8/2013, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $63,404.28. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 1/15/2013 meeting. ii. Robert Malouf, who retired 3/29/2013, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $73,822.92. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 2/19/2013 meeting. F. Application(s) for retirement: i. Douglas Smith, Fire Lieutenant, for a normal retirement eff 4/28/2013. ii. Michael McVicker, Police Officer, for a normal retirement eff 5/21/2013. iii. Gilles Beauregard, Head Custodian at BOE, for a normal retirement eff 6/17/2013. G. Request from Barry Ellison, Public Works Director, to extend the eligibility list for the position of Laborer for 1 year. The current list expires on 7/16/2013. H. Notification of death(s): i. John Baronowski (DOD 3/18/2013), who retired from BOE on 8/1/1988, no survivorship benefit due. I.
