Tabled from the 4/16/2013, awaiting legal opinion from Corporation Counsel as to whether or not the Board can adjust a disability pension off-cycle. C. Request from Kathryn Eyberse to purchase prior service. C. Request from Peter Barber for clarification of Rule VI, I. 2. and J. of the Merit System Rules. D. Pension calculation(s): i. Debra Duch, who retired 4/2/2013, her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $75,870.17. Her application for a normal retirement was approved at the 1/15/2013 meeting. ii. Douglas Smith, who retired 4/28/2013, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $69,599.72. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 4/16/2013 meeting. iii. Barbara Baribeault, who retired 5/2/2013, her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $32,487.37. Her application for a normal retirement was approved at the 3/19/2013 meeting. E. Application(s) for retirement: i. Maureen Talbot, School Nurse - BOE, for a normal retirement eff 6/30/2013. ii. Teresa Colby, Para educator, for a normal retirement eff 6/30/2013. F. Application(s) for a refund and/or rollover of pension contributions: i. Thomas Blake, refund in the amount of $39,476.93 with interest (through 5/31/2013), his last day of participation was 5/2/2009. G. Notification of new pension benefit(s) due to Domestic Relations Order(s): i. Kim Ward eff 4/1/2013, her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $26,583.83. Franklyn Ward’s will be reduced to $26,583.83 annual. ii. Julie Smith eff 5/1/2013, her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $6,741.19. Douglas Smith’s pension will be reduced to $63,115.08. H. Notification of death(s): i.
