Pension calculation(s): 1. Warren Mocek, who retired 11/3/2013, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $74,140.39. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 10/15/2013 meeting. C. Application(s) for a refund and/or rollover of pension contributions: 1. Laura Laroux, refund in the amount of $28,660.13 with interest (through 11/30/2013), who resigned effective 10/31/2013. D.
