Paul Melling, retired 4/4/2014, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $31,915.99. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 9/17/2013 meeting. 2. Leon Martin, Jr, retired 4/19/2014, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $54,316.47. His application for a normal retirement is to be approved at tonight’s meeting. 3. Christopher Ladd, retired 4/20/2014, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $64,761.63. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 4/7/2014 meeting. 4. Kevin Keegan, retired 5/3/2014, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $30,117.77. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 11/19/2013 meeting. C. Application(s) for a refund and/or rollover of pension contributions: 1. Carol Marshall – BOE, rollover in the amount of $4,284.59 with interest (through 4/30/2014), who was over deducted for a prior service buyback. 2. Robert Hanson, refund in the amount of $7,034.04 with interest (through 5/31/2014), who terminated eff 5/9/2014. 3. John Cicarelli, refund in the amount of $102,784.52 with interest (through 5/31/2014), who terminated eff 10/15/2013. D. Request from Kenneth Scandariato, Fire Chief, to extend the eligibility list for the position of Fire Lieutenant for 10 months.
