Motion made at the 06/16/2015 meeting to review distributed municipal sample forms and submit potential changes to Brigid Marks for compilation and distribution before the September meeting. B. Discussion of rollover or withdrawal of pension contributions (plus interest) upon resignation or termination of employment. Motion made at 06/16/2015 meeting to contact Corporation Counsel for legal opinion on board approval for the disbursements after separation to non-vested, non-laid-off participants and table to the September 2015 meeting. Dorothy Greenwold, School Nurse-BOE, for a normal retirement effective 8/27/2015. 3. Mark Jones, Utilities Pipefitter-NPU, for a normal retirement effective 3/16/2016. B. Pension calculation(s): 1. Deborah Gardner, retired 06/19/2015. Her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $10,315.63. Her application for a normal retirement was approved at the 6/16/2015 meeting. 2. Carol Johnson, retired 6/19/2015. Her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $12,906.35. Her application for a normal pension was approved at the 4/21/2015 meeting. 3. Edward Martin, retired 6/27/2015. His pension is calculated for an annual amount of $12,712.87. His revised application for pension was approved at the 4/21/2015 meeting. 4. Joan Barber, retired 7/1/2015. Her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $36.288.16. Her application for normal retirement pension was approved at the 5/19/2015 meeting. 5. Jacqueline Roy, retired 7/3/2015. Her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $44,711.98. Her application for pension was approved at the 3/17/2015 meeting. 6. Roberta McLaughlin, retired 7/1/2015. Her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $4,771.13. Her application for normal retirement and pension was approved at the 5/19/2015 meeting.
