Request from Evelyn Lopez to correct minutes draft of September 20, 2022 Personnel & Pension Board Meeting. Motion to accept corrected September 20, 2022 minutes made by Mike Dziavit, seconded by Rich Morelli, all in favor. III. Old Business A. Review draft update of the Fire Pension Plan Summary Book Tabled to the November 22, 2022 meeting. IV. New Business Paul Schroder made a motion to add to the agenda under suspension of rules, A to section IV New Business, seconded by Mike Dziavit, all in favor. A. UBS Investment review and recommendations Marc Shegoski, Ashley Martella and David Sears from UBS Financial Services, Inc., provided an overview of the current markets and Q3 portfolio update. They confirmed the next investment amount for the POB portfolio is $7.22 million. They also confirmed the assets are within Investment Policy Statement bands with and without POB proceeds. A comprehensive review of the City’s portfolio will be provided at the November 22, 2022 board meeting. UBS recommended the following change to the portfolio: 1. Termination of Clearbridge in the Pension and OPEB, to be replaced with Fidelity Growth Index Fund. Motion made by Rich Morelli to approve UBS recommendation, seconded by Mike Dziavit, all in favor. B. (Formerly A.)Application for retirement: 1. Tracy P. Hardy, Sewer Treatment/Collections Operator, for a normal retirement effective December 31, 2022. 2. C. (Formerly B.) Pension Calculations: 1. Brian Harrison, retired September 7, 2022. His annual pension calculation is $13,658.52. His application was approved at the July 19, 2022 meeting. Motion to approve the pension calculations made by Mike Dziavit, seconded by Chris Golas, all in favor. D. (Formerly C.)Application for refund/rollover of pension contributions: 1. Andrea Castro, Police Records Computer Operator, who terminated effective September 6, 2022. Refund of $ 11,503.02 including interest. 2. Shante DeAndrade, Registered Behavior Tech – BOE, who terminated effective September 27, 2022. Refund of $ 682.10 including interest. 3. Susan Magoon-Klein, Accounting Generalist, who terminated effective August 12, 2022. Refund $ 4,426.80 including interest. 4. Jacquelyn Rosado, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who terminated effective August 05, 2022. Refund of 26,052.23 including interest.
