Minutes of the 9-23-20 meeting were approved 100 Broadway Room 212 Old Business: Cher yl r eviewed some CIP pr ojects, namely the ir r igation system at Jennings. There are about 300 youth who use this field for football. It was suggested that NYFL try to fundraise to improve the lighting there. Rose City Senior Center Irrigation projects at Ouellette and Fountain fields are completed. Cheryl mentioned 8 Mahan Drive that our Rec budget was increased to include the cost of watering all these newly irri- gated fields. New Business; Ther e is a new executive or der that r educes the capacity of indoor sports from 50% to 25%. Rec is complying with these regs. We have advertised activi- ties for the winter and will keep groups under 10 people. We are tracking what the Youth & Family Services CIAC is doing with sports (no indoor teams until at least January 19), although the 75 Mohegan Road Rec’s decision is made in collaboration with the Mayor and City Manager.
