The RRC meeting was called to order at 9:09 AM. II. Upon motion by Tucker Braddock, second by Stacy Gould, the Committee voted to approve the minutes of the 02/09/21 meeting. Motion passed unanimously. III. Program Manager Wayne Sharkey stated the outreach on the local radio station, BOMBA, had produced a few phone calls interested in the program. By knowing where the outreach is most successful, the office knows where to dedicate more resources. Director Kathryn Crees added that, with tenants not paying rent and the eviction moratorium, landlords aren’t putting work into their properties. Tucker Braddock asked if the lead program could be used to include lead pipe replacement. Kathryn Crees stated that statutorily this is not permitted as the grant specifies paint. (Lead Based Paint Hazard Control Program.) IV. Upon motion by Tucker Braddock, second by Stacy Gould, the Committee unanimously voted to adjourn at 9:16. Respectfully submitted.
