City of Norwich Zoning Board of Appeals Special Meeting Virtually via ZOOM Friday December 3, 2021 1:30 PM Committee Members Present: Chairman Marc Benjamin, Robert Phoenix, David Martin and Dorothy Travers. Committee Members Absent: Gregory Schlough and Peter Cuprak. Others: Richard Shuck, Zoning Enforcement Officer, and Katherine Rose, Recording Secretary. I. Call to Order and Quorum: Chairman Marc Benjamin called the meeting to order at 1:30PM. Marc Benjamin stated all seated members would be voting. II. Review and Adopt the 2022 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Schedule: Dorothy Travers made a motion to adopt the 2022 Meeting Schedule as presented. Robert Phoenix seconded. All members voted in favor. The motion passed unanimously. III. Adjournment: Dorothy Travers made a motion to adjourn at 1:33PM. Robert Phoenix seconded. All voted in favor. The motion passed unanimously.
