NORWICH BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING Meeting Minutes Tuesday, June 2, 2026 – 8:00 AM COMMERCE CHENANGO, 19 E Main St, Norwich ~ Please note - the agenda is subject to change without notice ~ Calling of the Roll: In Person: Rife Revoir, Mike Longo, Bo Currie, Kim Mack, Alecia O’Neill, Laura Grady, Erik Scrivener, Justin Rowe, Brian Day, Adrienne Zornow Virtual: Excused: Grant Brightman, Tyler Slater Reading of the BID Mission Statement: The Business Improvement District works to make downtown Norwich a thriving center of commerce by supporting its members and businesses, enhancing public spaces, and promoting cultural events to create a vibrant, welcoming community . Public Comment: No public comment/attendees Proof of notice of the meeting: May 26, 2026 and May 29, 2026 emails Approval of the Minutes: Laura made a motion to approve, Erik seconded. Reports of the Officers: Reports of the Committees: Executive Committee: • Bo made a motion to approve the “Frontrunner” (original concept) design for banners, Adrienne seconded • Edits to the Shop & Dine postcard include: o Removing Show Time Ice Cream because it’s closed o Correcting it to East Main Street Budget & Finance: • Adrienne made a motion to approve the re-purposement of $1,200 from the Greater Norwich Foundation grant to sidewalk maintenance, Brian seconded o Dana to seek estimates from 4 Seasonal Land Management LLC, Thompson Brothers, and Roger Boudet (RB Landscaping & Snow Removal) Nominating Committee: • Mike suggests sending out the Board Roles & Responsibilities one-pager for board member consideration of the Secretary role Old Business: • Parking Signs: there have been P signs put up, Dana/Erik to check in with Tim Miller; existing contract with LaBella could supplement the ones put out New Business: • Executive Director’s report – Dana • Common Council Update – Erik o Jim Dwyer wants to put in a radio antenna to start a Christian radio station, wants to go to Planning Commission o Erik’s last board meeting, resignation takes effect Adjournment: Brian made a motion to adjourn, Erik seconded.
