7) Reports of Officer

-PAGER UPDATE-Pagers have been received and programmed. These are now in our possesion. Five have
been handed out and five are upstairs in the Ontario Office.-GEAR UPDATE-Gear has started to be received.
Once it is all in it will be inventoried and then handed out.
-TRAINING- There has been no training posted or sent out
Details-
There will be a funeral procession that we are being asked to put the engine in for Eric Olsens Aunt, who
was a member of East Pharsalia Fire Department
Sherburne Fire Department is potentially looking for an engine crew for standby at the Pageant of Bands-
WIll update if there is more information on this

9)Committee Reports:
Association committee- No Meeting last month
Deceased Members Committee- Sara, George Finch III, Brenda Hatch- need to meet again
Gear Committee- Have received some of the gear. Still waiting on Bunk pants and coat
10) Unfinished Business-
-Items owned and in the Ontario Office needs to be inventoried. Travis will go over the items in the office
with the Trustees and will present the information at a meeting at a later date
11) New Business:
-Recently hose testing was done for a cost of $1159.13 per company
Discussion was had on why such a jump in the price
-Pump maintenance will be late September Early October
Motion was made by Travis Burlingame to pay for hose testing

WIll table the pump maintenance until we receive an invoice for this
-Discussion was had about invoice and receipts. The Company would like to have the treasurer CC'd on all
emails from the chiefs office when it comes to invoices or bills.
Motion was made that as a company we would not pay any more invoices or bills with out receiving the
invoice or receipt/ bill first. -George Finch Jr

-Clambake at Mountain Top will be @ june 28th- please meet at George Finch Jr's House by @10:30 to
leave. Also please let him know if you will be attending no later than 6/10/2026
-Have some CD's coming up that is ready for renewal. Looking for the best rates Scott will be looking into
this and bring it back to our next meeting so we can make a decision
-Discussion was had on getting new Apparel- Sara will get in contact with Craig Harden for this. Discussion
was had on what we would like. Decided to make sure our patch would go on the sweatshirts.
