Ontario Hose Co. #3 Monthly Meeting 07/06/2026 ORDER OF BUSINESS: Meeting called to order at 19:04 1) Pledge: 2) Roll Call:George Finch Jr, Wendell Eckert, Carl Miller, Steve Walker, Leroy Burlingame III, Katrina Constable, Travis Burlingame, George Finch III, Brenda Hatch, Scott Newman, Sara Burton 3) Reading of Previous Minutes & Approval: Read by Sara Burton Junes Meeting Motion to approve - George Finch Jr 2nd by-Wendell Eckert All In favor A correction was made to Hose testing on the price motion made to accept for $987.30- George Finch III 2nd by-Travis Burlingame All in Favor 4) Applications for Memberships: N/A 5) Swearing in of New Members: N/A 6) Treasurer’s Report: • Treasurer report given by George Finch III 7) Reports of Officer Given by Captain Burlingame -All gear has been received and documented -TRAINING- There has been no training posted or sent out 8)Bills and Communications: Bills-None at this time Communications -Request from Cyclones for community Support Motion made to donate $100-Leroy Burlingame 2nd-Wendell Eckert All in favor FASNY Convention is August 20-22- Brenda will be looking into what it takes to go 8/28 is the Local 1404 golf tournament-We will sponsor 2 teams, a hole, and 4 extra meals @ 1500$ motion-Sara Burton 2nd- Leroy Burlingame All in favor Team 1-Brenda, George III, Sara, and Carl Team 2-Shawn Eckert, Leroy, Katrina, and Travis 9)Committee Reports: Association committee- No Meeting last month -Deceased Members Committee- Sara, George Finch III, Brenda Hatch- need to meet again -Gear Committee- All of the new gear has been received and documented-Chief wanted to wait to give an invoice ( it is here though) till it was split amongst the companies that got gear -Campout Committee- Travis, Leroy, Katrina, and Brenda Motion was made to spend up to $1000 by Carl MIller 2nd by Steve Walker All was in favor -Apparel- Coming along but 2 sweatshirts were on back order but should be arriving within 10days 10) Unfinished Business- -CD's George FInch III will check in to other opportunities for a 12 month CD Motion was made to move $60,000 into a VIsions Federal Credit Union CD for 12 months and leave $10,000 at NBT Bank -Leroy Burlingame 2nd by-Travis Burlingame All were in favor George Finch III will be bringing information back to the company if there is any major changes 11) New Business: -Discussion was had about the special meeting that was had about becoming one department-Sara read the letter that was sent to the City.
