Broadway Nyack, New York Call to Order: 7:05 pm Present: Maggie McManus, Chairperson, Maren Robertson, Member, Gemini Watanabe, Member, Donald Yacopino, Chief Building Inspector Absent: Toma Holley, Member, Laura Rothchild, Member Application(s) Taken In Order Of Agenda: (1) Application: 125 Main St., application for 4 ground floor window neon signs. Building Inspector Review: Proposal complies with Article IV, VON360-4.11(8)(a) Board Review Based Upon: The application, Building Inspector Review, Testimony of applicant/representative, Will Tyler and Bri Tyler, ARB members’ site visit/knowledge of site, consideration of public comment, if any. Board Findings: Public Comment: Member of the public, Bob Helmke noted “signs are great!” Chairperson McManus motioned to close public portion, seconded by member Robertson; by vote of: 3-0 to approve. Motion by member Robertson to accept the application as presented with the recommendation to look for white light alternative; seconded by member McManus, by vote of: 3-0 to approve.
