requesting the applicant provide colored renderings, sample of actual stone façade material to
be used. Also discussed new siding material that should be used and/or repainted. If existing
siding is wood / clapboard, it is OK to paint existing and new material should match and be a
durable material such as wood, clapboard or hardie board. Aluminum or vinyl should not be
used to prevent vandalism / damage since side of building is adjacent to sidewalk, as well as
does not visually match surrounding buildings. Application as presented shows parking within
