Joyce Pincus. Application for new siding. Application presented by: Joyce Pincus Board discussion: New siding will be vinyl slat, similar color to old siding which was cedar. Vinyl will not have ‘wood look’ Old siding has already been removed from building. Building currently has exposed insulation and house wrap. Applicant provided siding sample to building department, but it was not available for the meeting, and board members had not reviewed it. Presenter claims the new siding will look similar to neighbors. Application determined to be incomplete. Applicant asked to submit photos of neighbors as required, as well as drawing or rendering showing final look with new siding plan. Illustration should show new siding reveal dimension. Application will be reviewed again at next meeting providing application is complete. Public Comment: None Opened on motion by member Healey, 2nd member O’Neill. River Manor Arms. Application for re-approval of previously approved exterior changes. Application presented by: Kier Levesque, Architect Board discussion: Reviewed application details: Application is for re-approval of previously approved application , presented and approved in 2021. No changes to re-application, except addition of security cameras. Public Comment: None Opened on motion by member Healey, 2nd member Robertson. Closed on motion by member Healey, 2nd member Steinhorst. Approved by vote 5-0 Conclusion: Application approved as submitted. Motion by member Healey, 2nd by member Robertson. Approved by 5-0 vote. 3. 42 Sixth Avenue. Bantam Nyack LLC. Application to convert upper level roof to a roof deck with decking, railings and access door. Application presented by: Robert Silarski Board discussion: Reviewed application details: Application is for retroactive approval for rooftop deck. Construction has already been completed without obtaining proper permit. In addition to deck, access door was added / changed from originally approved remodeling plan. Deck has wood surround steel posts on railing and PT decking. Majority of deck is not visible from street. Public Comment: None Opened on motion by member Healey, 2nd member Steinhorst.
