Architectural Review Board June 18, 2025 Minutes pg. 1 Meeting location: Nyack Village Hall Meeting called to order = 7:00pm Present: Greg Healey Chair Laurie Steinhorst Member Scott O’Neill Member Tim Mills Member Manny Carmona Building Inspector Dennis Michaels Village Attorney 1. 136 Depew Avenue. Stephanie Mora and Doug Huber. Application to replace existing front stairs, siding and windows. Remove existing enclosed 2nd story porch in addition to reframing for the new 2-story unenclosed porch. Application presented by: Sara Murray Board discussion: Applicant is seeking approval for replacing siding and modifying front porch and entryway. Existing siding to be replaced with vertical Hardi board and batten on first and 2nd floors. Third story to have scalloped shingle siding. Existing partially enclosed front porch to be replaced with open 2 story porch. Main entryway on first floor will be same location with new clad door. Second floor porch entry will replace existing window with new hinged patio door. Second floor will also have bay window added. Public Comment: None Conclusion: Application approved as submitted. Motion by member Healey, 2nd by member Steinhorst. Approved by 4-0 vote.
