Minutes of the special meeting of the Village of Nyack Board of Trustees held at 6:30pm on Thursday July 19, 2021 at Nyack Village Hall, 9 N. Broadway, Nyack, New York Hon. Pledge of Allegiance Louise Parker read Resolution 2021-50 into the record. (Attached) Action Items: Resolution 2021-49: Resolution to award the bid for the public works project known as The Village of Nyack’s “Tap Program: New Connectivities for Nyack Program”, to the lowest responsible responsive bidder: A-TECH CONCRETE. Motion by Louise Parker, Second by Marie Lorenzini to accept the motion as presented. Motion was unanimously approved. Resolution 2021-50 Resolution to Authorizing the authorizing the filing an application: Implementing Improved Waterfront Access: Construction of the Village Marina Parking Lot, for funding through the Consolidated Funding Application process to the Department of State, Office of Planning and Development. Motion by Louise Parker, second by Joseph Rand to reopen the tabled discussion on the resolution. Motion was unanimously approved. Motion by Louise Parker, second by Marie Lorenzini to accept the motion as presented. Motion was unanimously approve. Adjournment – Motion by Louise Parker, seconded by Marie Lorenzini, to adjourn the meeting. Motion was unanimously approved.
