Revisions to Chapter 120 Affordable Housing Summary Memo from Administrator Stewart: The Booard of Trustees (BOT) adopted Chapter 120 in 2011 (and amended in 2018) https://ecode360.com/15224159 to require new developments of 5 or more units to set aside 10% of units for rent or sale at an affordable cost, based on a formula linked to federally defined Area Median Income (AMI). This work session reviews proposed updates to this law.
