Resolution No. 12 of 2022
RESOLUTION OF THE NYACK VILLAGE BOARD TRUSTEES TO APPOINT
MANUEL CARMONA VILLAGE BUILDING INSPECTOR.
RESOLVED, that the term Nyack Village Board of Trustees hereby approves the appointment
of Manuel Carmona as Village of Nyack Building Inspector, effective February 21, 2022 under
Terms and Conditions of Employment approved by the Mayor.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nyack Village Board will be activating a remote
meeting platform for a Special Meeting of the Nyack Board of Trustees, to be
conducted in Executive Session, on February 17, 2022 at 6:00 pm, which platform will
enable residents to watch a livestream of the public portion of the meeting. The
Village Board will consider:
1. Building Department Staffing.
