Minutes: • Review December 16, 2021 minutes OLD BUSINESS: a. 2022 Meeting Schedule, corrected November 18, 2021 minutes, and December 16, 2021 minutes were sent out to all members of the Committee through email on 12/20/2021 NEW BUSINESS: a. Former Commissioner and Chairman Francis Bagarella sent an email on 1/3/2022 resigning from his position as Commissioner and Chairman immediately. b. Need new commissioner to fill former Commissioner Francis Bagarella's seat. c. Need to appoint a new Chair and Vice-Chair per "Section 2.02: Chair—Vice-Chair" of the Civil Service Rules d. Review current commissioner applications e. Discuss best practices on procedures and processes of choosing future commissioners. f. Fire Fighter candidates' written assessment results for Commissioners' review and approval. Police Department: • Personnel Update a. Fire Department • Personnel Update a. January 13, 2022— three (3) of the thirteen (13) Fire Fighter candidates did not attend the Physical and written qualifying test. b. Test results of the ten (10) candidates who participated in the physical and written test need the Commissioners' review and approval.
