Public Comment: No public comments. 2. Review of the February 6, 2023, Meeting Minutes: Approved as written. 3. U.S. Senator Cantwell’s Congressional Directed Spending Request - Update Mr. Hulett introduced the agenda item and Mr. Sublet explained that staff became aware of a appropriation from Senator Cantwell and has applied for $5 million dollar appropriation for dredging. He also explained that Senator Cantwell’s staff seemed very interested in the project and the possibility of providing some funds for it. Discussion The MAC discussed the appropriation and said that they look forward to hearing from the Senator Cantwell’s office about whether it is awarded or not. Action No action was taken. 4. BST Oak Harbor Marina Rate Study – Informational Update Mr. Hulett introduced the agenda item and Mr. Sorenson gave an overview of what he is working on. He also explained that he realizes that rates must go up, but that there is a fine line as to how much they can go up. Discussion The MAC discussed the possibility of a rate increase and shared their concern with what may happen to the occupancy level if the rates are increased too much. Action No action was taken. 5. General Update Mr. Sublet provided an update on the following topics. • Launch ramp float. • Launch ramp fuel line repair.  • Mr. Sublet also suggested that the MAC meetings be moved to 3:00pm on the first Monday of each month instead of the traditional 6:00pm. o The MAC discussed the idea, and a motion was made to move the MAC meetings to the first Monday of each month at 3:00pm. ▪ The motion passed unanimously. 6.
