Public Comment: No public comments. 2. Review of the March 6, 2023, Meeting Minutes: Approved as written. 3. Marina Project - Update Mr. Hulett introduced the agenda item and Mr. Sublet reviewed and provided an update for the major projects that are being worked on. He explained that many of them are nearing completion and others such as dredging, and marina reconfiguration are just getting started. Discussion The MAC discussed the projects and questioned the funding for them and the amount of reserves that the marina has. They also expressed concern about the amount of time that it takes to complete them and also the cost of some of the projects. Action No action was taken. 4. General Update Mr. Oborn provided an update on the trip to Washington DC with the Mayor and some City Council members. He explained that they met with the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE), and gave them a presentation and discussed the channel depth and the possibility of the ACOE dredging it. Mr. Oborn also explained that he was directed to connect with the local ACOE staff and is in the process of setting up a meeting. He concluded by saying that he also gave a copy of the presentation to Representative Larsen. Mr. Sublet provided an update on the following topics: • Launch ramp float. • Seasonals • Staff and the 4 x 10 work shifts • Mr. Sublet also suggested that the MAC meetings be moved to 3:00pm on the second Monday of each month instead of the first Monday of each month. o The MAC discussed the idea, and Mr. Jones made a motion to move the MAC meetings to the second Monday of each month at 3:00pm. ▪ The motion passed unanimously. 5. MAC Comments • Mr. Hulett started a discussion about inviting parties interested in public private partnerships of the marina to an upcoming MAC meeting. • Mr. Skubi asked if access to the marina was going to be blocked for the Holland Happening parade. • Mr. Oborn explained that the parade was going to be staged on pioneer between Midway and Regatta and that marina access would not be blocked. • Mr. Jones said that the marina looks great, however some of the power pedestals undercovers are starting to look really bad due to that amount of rust on them. 6.
