Call to Order Chairman Siciliano called the February 25, 2026, Special Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. II. Approval of Minutes – Changes or Corrections 1. Regular Meeting Minutes of February 11, 2026 Commissioner Brown made a motion to approve the Regular Meeting Minutes from February 11, 2026. Ayes: Siciliano, Brown, Tomaselli Nays: None VI. Old Business 1. Entry Level Applicant Testing Commissioner Tomaselli made a motion to remove Alicja Golec for cause. Commissioner Brown seconded the motion. Ayes: Siciliano, Brown, Tomaselli Nays: None Commissioner Brown made a motion to make a conditional offer of employment to Connor Sparks. Commissioner Tomaselli seconded the motion. Ayes: Siciliano, Brown, Tomaselli Nays: None 2. Lateral Entry Applicant Testing Commissioner Tomaselli made a motion to make a conditional offer of employment to Joshua Garza. Commissioner Brown seconded the motion. Ayes: Siciliano, Brown, Tomaselli Nays: None 3. Any Other Old Business None VII. Executive Session 1. To discuss appointments, employment, discipline, performance, or any other reason as permitted under the Open Meetings Act.
