CITY OF OAKBROOK TERRACE POLICE COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, March 4, 2026, 3:00 P.M. Council Chambers - 17W261 Butterfield Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 I. Call to Order Chairman Siciliano called the March 4, 2026, Special Meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. II. Roll Call Present: Chairman Siciliano, Commissioner Brown, and Commissioner Tomaselli Also present: Chief Calvello, Deputy Chief Clark, and Tim Griffin from DMACT Services, Inc. III. Lateral Hiring Oral Interview The Board of Commissioners and Tom Griffin administered four oral interviews with Charles Wampler, Joshua Garza, Nicholas Berggren, and Trung Nguyen. Chairman Siciliano stated that the minimum passing score for the oral interview is 70%. IV. Executive Session 1. To discuss appointments, employment, discipline, performance, or any other reason as permitted under the Open Meetings Act. Commissioner Tomaselli made a motion to move to Executive Session at 3:02 p.m. Commissioner Brown seconded the motion and Chief Calvello, Deputy Chief Clark and Tim Griffin were invited to join. Reconvene the Special Meeting Commissioner Brown made a motion to reconvene the regular meeting at 4:43 p.m. Commissioner Tomaselli seconded the motion. Ayes: Siciliano, Brown, Tomaselli Nays: None VI. Adjournment Commissioner Tomaselli made a motion to adjourn at 4:44 p.m. Commissioner Brown seconded the motion. Motion carried.
