Case Map
Mr. Tye Chighizola presented the request to amend the City's Future Land use Element
of the Comprehensive Plan. The proposed amendment is for the revision of the definition
and criteria of the Medium Intensity/Special District land use classification.
No board discussion or public comment.

Mr. Chighizola advised the Board that Jeff Shrum is the new Growth Management Director and
Patricia Hitchcock continues to serve as the Planning Director. He stated that he will be working
with special city projects and Sun Tran as the City Project Director. Mr. Chighizola introduced
Senior Planner Emily Johnson.

City Hall Planning and Zoning Commission (P & Z) comprises citizen
City Council Chambers members who voluntarily and without compensation devote
(2nd Floor) their time and expertise to a variety of zoning and land
