Meeting called to order by Darryl Hawkins at 7:27 pm. In Attendance: Darryl Hawkins, Cindy Fithian, Lori Domenech and Merial Currer. *Doug Kastens and Carol Bailey attended remotely via Zoom Excused absence: Brenda Seefeldt * As there was a quorum, only the members in attendance in person voted. 2. Citizen comments – None 3. Approval of Minutes a. March 23, 2021 : Cindy made a motion to approve; Merial 2nd; Approved by verbal vote 4. Exterior Elevation Applications a. ARB2021-004 – 201 Commerce Street (Patio, Gazebo, Fence, Shed) Josh Anderson was in attendance for Donna Bell and answered questions regarding the project. Cindy made a motion to approve; Merial 2nd; Approved b. ARB2021-005 - 203 Union Street (Sidewalk, Steps, ADA Ramp); Josh Anderson was in attendance. Merial made a motion to approve; Lori 2nd; Approved 5. Reports a. Town Council - Cindy reported that the Kayak Ramp dedication took place on Saturday with a number of elected officials in attendance. A storage rack was constructed for temporary use at no charge. New signage was added with the new Occoquan logo. b. Planning Commission - No report c. Chair Report - No report. 6. The Board requires that actual paint color samples and product brochures (and a photograph of the structure if there is to be a change to the structure's exterior) accompany this form. Applicants are encouraged to refer to the Guidelines (Residential and Commercial) which are available for review at Town Hall and online at www.occoquanva.gov.
