Page 2 of 3  MINUTES Ocean Shores Planning Commission Regular Meeting Tuesday, 6/28/2022 – 2:00 p.m. Minutes taken by Commissioner Dorman 1. Call to Order Chair Pease called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call Planning Commissioners present: Dan Bricker, Eleanor Dorman, Richard Wills, Pat Brunstad, Thorn Ward, Brian Bachman, and Chair Pease Planning Commissioners absent: none City Staff present: City Planner Marshal Read, City Engineer Robert Lund, and City Clerk Sara Logan 3. Approval of Meeting Agenda Commissioner Dorman moved to approve the meeting agenda. Commissioner Bricker seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Wills moved to approve the meeting minutes from Tuesday, 6/14/2022 Commissioner Brunstad seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. 5. Public Comments Andy Grouse praised the City for information on the City web site, and Vida Piera commented on water utilities. 6. Reports: No reports 7. Continued Business: • Commissioner Bricker discussed revisions and updates which should be included in the Planning Commissioners Handbook. These include ethics and conflict of interest. • Further discussion of food trucks 8. New Business: • Oyhut Phase III was presented by Planner Marshal Read. Chair Pease stated that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing concerning this plan, which will take place on July 8th. 2022 at the Ocean Shores Library. 9. Members of the Commission Reports • None 10. Secretary for Next Meeting Chair Dan Pease appointed Commissioner Wills as secretary for 7/12/2022 Meeting. 11. Future Meetings Next Regular meeting is at 2:00 p.m. on 7/12/2022 at the Ocean Shores Library 12. Adjournment Commissioner Bricker moved to adjourn Commissioner Brunstad; seconded the motion.
