City of Oconomowoc Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting Minutes August 03, 2021 - 6:30 PM Aldermen Present: Kevin Ellis, Karen Spiegelberg, Matt Mulder, Charles Schellpeper, Lou Kowieski, Matt Rosek, John Zapfel Also Present: Robert Magnus, Matt Trebatoski, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Kevin Freber, Mark Frye, Craig Hoeppner, Scott Osborn, James Pfister, Joe Pickart, Laurie Sullivan, Dan Uribe, Brad Bowen Mayor Magnus called the Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting to order at 6:23 PM. Call to order and confirmation of appropriate meeting notification Committee Business a. Capital Budget Overview Sullivan distributed a workbook to the Aldermen which included the Long-Term Financial Plan 2022-2026 Schedule of Capital – Levy Funds, Capital Improvement Financial Plan 2022-2026 Schedule of Capital – Utility Funds and a spreadsheet titled 2022 Proposed Capital Funding Plan. She explained the next steps and reminded Aldermen the next Committee-Of-The-Whole Capital Budget working meeting is Tuesday, August 11th at 6:00 PM. b. Closed Session - Western Lakes Fire District Motion to convene into Closed Session per Wis Stat. 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session regarding Western Lakes Fire District Contract Service Agreements with other Municipalities made by Zapfel and seconded by Mulder. Motion carried 7-0-0. Closed session convened at 6:35 PM. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Kowieski and seconded by Rosek. Motion carried 7-0-0.
