Aldermen Present: Charles Schellpeper, Lou Kowieski, Matt Rosek, John Zapfel, Kevin Ellis, Karen Spiegelberg,
Matt Mulder
Also Present: Robert Magnus, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Kevin Freber, Mark Frye, Jason Gallo, Scott Osborn,
Joe Pickart, Tony Posnik, Laurie Sullivan, Brad Timm, Brad Bowen, Ivan Lam
Mayor Magnus called the Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting to order at 6:55 PM.
Call to order and confirmation of appropriate meeting notification
Committee Business
a. Overview of the 2022 Proposed Budget
Sullivan gave a PowerPoint presentation and passed out the 2022 Preliminary Budget Workbooks that
included a Memo (2022 City Budget), copy of the PowerPoint presentation, a Budget Worksheet and a
Group Summary spreadsheet.
Council requested that staff provide at the Budget Workshops next week a ten year history of COLA
percentages employees have received.
Adjourn
Motion to adjourn made by Ellis and seconded by Rosek. Motion carried 7-0-0. The meeting
adjourned at 7:19 PM

about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to
State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as such, although the
Common Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
