City of Oconomowoc Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting Minutes January 04, 2022 - 6:30 PM Aldermen Present: Matt Mulder, Charles Schellpeper, Lou Kowieski, Chris Douglas, Matt Rosek, John Zapfel, Kevin Ellis, Karen Spiegelberg Also Present: Robert Magnus, Diane Coenen, Kevin Freber, Mark Frye, James Pfister, Joe Pickart, Ivan Lam Mayor Magnus called the Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting to order at 6:32 PM. Call to order and confirmation of appropriate meeting notification Committee Business a. Closed Session: Motion to convene into Closed Session Per Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved regarding lawsuit filed by Utility Districts made by Ellis and seconded by Zapfel. Motion carried 8-0-0. The C-O-T-W convened into Closed Session at 6:32 PM. Motion to adjourn Closed Session made by Schellpeper and seconded by Ellis. Motion carried 8-0-0. Closed Session adjourned at 6:55 PM. Adjourn Motion to adjourn the Committee-Of-The-Whole meeting made by Schellpeper and seconded by Kowieski. Motion carried 8-0-0.
