Aldermen Present: Lou Kowieski, Matt Rosek, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Kevin Ellis, Karen Spiegelberg, Matt Mulder,
Charles Schellpeper
Absent: Chris Douglas
Also Present: Robert Magnus, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Kevin Freber, Mark Frye, Jason Gallo, Scott Osborn,
James Pfister, Joe Pickart, Tony Posnik, Laurie Sullivan-Murray, Dan Uribe, Stan Riffle
Mayor Magnus called the Committee-Of-The-Whole Meeting to order at 6:25 PM.
Call to order and confirmation of appropriate meeting notification
Committee Business
a. Rockwell Partners Development Update: Jeff Scrima (Rockwell Partners) and John Kutz (MSI
General) provided an updated Rockwell Project packet dated 6/21/22 to Council and went over the
changes.
b. Convene into Closed Session
Motion to convene into Closed Session Per Wis State Stat 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating
the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified
public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a Closed Session regarding
Public/Private Partnership for Rockwell Partners, LLC Redevelopment Project TIF Request,
and
c. Motion to convene into Closed Session per Wis State Stat §19.85(1)(f) Considering financial,
medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary
consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons
except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial
adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in
such problems or investigations regarding Committee to Specifically Receive Information Pertaining
to an Issue Related to a City Department Head made by Schellpeper and seconded by Ellis.
Motion carried 7-0-0. Closed Session convened at 6:47 PM.
Adjourn
Motion to adjourn the Committee-Of-The-Whole meeting made by Kowieski and seconded by Ellis.
Motion carried 7-0-0.
The meeting adjourned at 7:29 PM.

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council will be present at the above scheduled meeting to gather information
about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to
State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as such, although the
Common Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
