Closed Session for Village of Lac La Belle and Town of Oconomowoc Lawsuit PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Common Council of the City of Oconomowoc will convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into Closed Session with staff, pursuant to §19.85(1)(a), Wis. Stats. The purpose of the meeting is to confer with legal counsel who is rendering written advice concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which it involved as authorized under §19.85(1)(g), Stats and conducting other specific public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Specifically, to be discussed is litigation involving the City, the Village of Lac La Belle and the Town of Oconomowoc pertaining to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village and Town and annexation disputes by and between the parties. The Council reserves the right to adjourn in closed session or to reconvene into Open Session for purposes of potential additional discussion and/or action on matters discussed in closed session and for adjournment. 3.
