Finance Committee Meeting Minutes January 16, 2018 Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 6:56 PM. Members Present: Aldermen Miller, Zwart and Ellis Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Buerger, Frye, Gallo, Duffy, Pickart, Sullivan, Kelliher and Coenen Others Present: Alds. Strey, Schmidt, Kowieski, Shaw and Rosek 2. Consider/recommend Budget Amendment for Grants Received and True Up for Expenses – October 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017 Sullivan reported the Police Dept., Library and Parks & Rec received donations during the fourth quarter of 2017 and a budget entry is necessary to allow for the additional revenue. Also, the City, St. Matthews and Commercial (Miller) expenses for the Northeast Region development will be placed within the budget for the Parks Dept., which is called a true up. The OASD expenses will be directly billed. Motion by Ellis to recommend the budget amendment for grants received and the true up for expenses for October 1st – December 31st, 2017; second by Miller. Motion carried 3-0. 3. Consider/act on Vouchers Motion by Ellis to approve the vouchers in the amount of $3,913,868.24; second by Miller. Motion carried 3-0.
