Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 7:25 PM.
Members Present: Aldermen Miller, Zwart and Ellis
Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Buerger, Frye, Gallo, Sullivan, Kelliher, Osborn and
Coenen
Others Present: Alds. Schmidt, Kowieski, Shaw, Rosek and Strey and Atty. Riffle
2. Consider/act on Vouchers
Motion by Ellis to approve the vouchers in the amount of $2,407,409.39; second by Zwart. Motion
carried 3-0.
Motion by Miller to adjourn; second by Ellis. Motion carried 3-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:26 PM.

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council will be present at the above
scheduled meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-
making responsibility.
This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v.
Greendale Village board, 173Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as
such, although the Common Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
