September 18, 2018
Chairman Zwart called the meeting to order at 7:25 PM.
Members Present: Aldermen Zwart, Spiegelberg and Rosek
Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Freber, Sullivan, Gallo, Kelliher, Buerger, Duffy,
Pickart and Coenen
Others Present: Alds. Ellis, Shaw, Miller and Strey
2. Consider/act on Vouchers
Motion by Rosek to approve the vouchers in the amount of $5,510,611.60; second by
Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0.
Motion by Zwart to adjourn; second by Rosek. Motion carried 3-0. The meeting adjourned at
7:26 PM.

scheduled meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-
making responsibility.
This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v.
Greendale Village board, 173Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as
such, although the Common Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
