Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
January 15, 2019
Acting Chairman Rosek called the meeting to order at 6:52 PM.
Members Present: Aldermen Rosek and Shaw (appointed by Nold as an Ad-Hoc Member)
Excused: Alds. Zwart and Spiegelberg
Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Freber, Sullivan, Gallo, Kelliher, Duffy, Pickart,
Buerger, Frye, Pickart and Coenen
Others Present: Alds. Strey, Kowieski and Miller
2. Consider/act on Vouchers
Motion by Shaw to approve the vouchers in the amount of $2,626,186.54; second by Rosek.
Motion carried 2-0.
Motion by Shaw to adjourn; second by Rosek. Motion carried 2-0. The meeting adjourned at
6:53 PM.

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council will be present at the above
scheduled meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-
making responsibility.
This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v.
Greendale Village board, 173Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as
such, although the Common Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
