Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
August 20, 2019
Chairman Spiegelberg called the meeting to order at 7:25 PM.
Members Present: Aldermen Spiegelberg, Shaw and Rosek
Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Sullivan, Gallo, Osborn, Frye, Freber, Pickart,
Hoeppner, Pfister and Dehnert
Others Present: Alds. Strey, Kowieski, Ellis and Zwart
2. Consider/act on Vouchers
Motion by Rosek to approve the vouchers in the amount of $2,419,773.04; second by Shaw.
Motion carried 3-0.
Sullivan explained the City has changed over to new accounting software and staff will provide
more information on it at the Finance Committee meeting next month.
Motion by Rosek to adjourn; second by Shaw. Motion carried 3-0. The meeting adjourned at
7:28 PM.
