Finance Committee Meeting Minutes September 17, 2019 Chairman Spiegelberg called the meeting to order at 7:26 PM. Members Present: Aldermen Spiegelberg, Shaw and Rosek Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Sullivan, Freber, Pickart, Frye, Gallo, Buerger, Hoeppner, Duffy and Coenen Others Present: Alds. Strey, Kowieski, Ellis, Rogers and Zwart 2. Consider/recommend Ordinance to Repeal and Re-Create Certain Sections of Chapter 27 of the City of Oconomowoc Municipal Code Concerning Impact Fees Sullivan reported due to recent law changes affecting the timing of collection and refund of certain impact fees, Chapter 27 is being repealed and recreated to ensure all language meets statute requirements. Motion by Rosek to recommend repealing and recreating sections of Chapter 27 of the Municipal Code regarding impact fees; second by Shaw. Motion carried 3-0. 3. Consider/act on Vouchers Motion by Rosek to approve the vouchers in the amount of $3,641,940.96; second by Shaw. Motion carried 3-0. Motion by Shaw to adjourn; second by Spiegelberg.
