Finance Committee Meeting Minutes July 21, 2020 Chairman Spiegelberg called the meeting to order at 7:29 PM. Members Present: Aldermen Rosek, Ellis and Spiegelberg Staff Present: Mayor Magnus, Sullivan, Gallo, Lam and Coenen Others Present: Alds. Zapfel, Mulder, Schellpeper, Kowieski and Atty Riffle 2.a. Consider/recommend Budget Amendment for 2020 Grants/Donations Received – 01-1-20 to 06-30-20 Sullivan reported on grants and donations. The Committee requested in the future that Sullivan have separate items listed on the Finance Agenda for budget amendments. Motion by Ellis to recommend the budget amendment for 2020 Grants/Donations received for 1/01/20 to 06/30/20; second by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0. 2.b. Consider/act on Vouchers – June 2020 Motion by Ellis to approve the vouchers in the amount of $3,311,677.29; second by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0. 2.c. Update on June Treasurer’s Report Sullivan gave a brief update on the financials. Motion by Spiegelberg to adjourn; second by Ellis. Motion carried 3-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:34 PM.
