Finance Committee Meeting Minutes August 18, 2020 Chairman Spiegelberg called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM. Members Present: Aldermen Rosek and Spiegelberg Absent: Ald. Ellis Staff Present: Mayor Magnus, Duffy, Frye, Vande Zande, Lam and Coenen Others Present: Alds. Mulder, Rogers and Zapfel Magnus asked Zapfel to act as Secretary in Ellis’ absence. 2a. Consider/act on Vouchers Motion by Zapfel to approve the vouchers in the amount of $6,830,756.50; second by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0. Motion by Spiegelberg to adjourn; second by Rosek.
