Finance Committee Meeting Minutes September 15, 2020 Chairman Spiegelberg called the meeting to order at 7:37 PM. Members Present: Aldermen Rosek, Ellis and Spiegelberg Staff Present: Mayor Magnus, Sullivan, Gallo, Pickart, Hoeppner, Frye, Pfister, Duffy, Bleck, Posnik, Lam, Coenen and Wallace Others Present: Alds. Mulder, Schellpeper, Kowieski, Rogers and Zapfel and Atty Riffle 2.a. Consider/recommend Resolution 20-R2891 Approving a Two-Year Contract Extension with Baker Tilly, LLP for 2020-2021 Audit Services Motion by Rosek to recommend Resolution 20-R2891approving a two-year contract extension with Baker Tilly, LLP for 2020-2021 Audit Services; second by Ellis. Motion carried 3-0. 2.b. Consider/recommend Amending Ordinance 86-O170 of the City of Oconomowoc Municipal Code Regarding Room Tax Motion by Rosek to recommend amending Ordinance 86-O170 of the City of Oconomowoc Municipal code regarding Room Tax; second by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 2-1. Rosek voted no. 2.c. Consider/act on August Voucher Report Motion by Ellis to approve the vouchers in the amount of $4,869,129.42; second by Rosek. Motion carried 3-0.
