Committee Business a. Consider/recommend Grants and Donations Received and Budget Amendments - 1st Quarter 2023 (1/1/23 - 3/31/23) Motion to recommend grants and donations received and budget amendments for the 1st Quarter 2023 (1/1/23 - 3/31/23) made by Schellpeper and seconded by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 0-0-0. b. Consider/recommend Resolution 23-R3116 Awarding John & Lavinia Rockwell Park Phase 1 Construction Change Order and Budget Amendment Hoeppner recommended adding a small sidewalk connection to the existing asphalt driveway to accommodate kayakers for no additional cost. Motion to recommend Resolution 23-R3116 awarding John & Lavinia Rockwell Park Phase 1 Construction Change order including a sidewalk connection to the driveway and Budget Amendment made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Schellpeper. Motion carried 3-0-0. c. Consider/recommend Resolution 23-R3115 Authorizing Application to Participate in the WI DNR Stewardship Grant Program for John & Lavinia Rockwell Park Phase 2 Construction Motion to recommend Resolution 23-R3115 Authorizing application to participate in the WI DNR Stewardship Grant Program for John & Lavinia Rockwell Park Phase 2 Construction made by Schellpeper and seconded by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0-0. d. Consider/act on Vouchers 1. March 2023 Vouchers Motion to approve the vouchers in the amount of $6,405,844.88 made by Schellpeper and seconded by Mulder.
