City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes December 19, 2023 - 7:15 PM Aldermen Present: Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg, Andrew Moroni Also Present: : Robert Magnus, Matt Mulder, Chris Douglas, Matt Rosek, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Kevin Ellis, Lucas Caine, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Kevin Freber, Mark Frye, Scott Osborn, John Schuh, Laurie Sullivan-Murray, Brad Timm Chairman Schellpeper called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 7:47 PM and appropriate meeting notification was confirmed. Committee Business a. Review/Discuss Vouchers 1. November 2023 Voucher Report The committee had questions on the City Purchasing Card Policy (employee issued credit cards) and Sullivan-Murray will put together a list of employees that have credit cards, usage and the policy at the next Finance Committee meeting. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Schellpeper and seconded by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0-0.
