City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes January 16, 2024 - 6:35 PM Aldermen Present: Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg, Andrew Moroni Also Present: Matt Rosek, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Mark Frye, Jason Gallo, Jason Herzog, Tony Posnik, Laurie Sullivan-Murray, Brad Timm Chairman Schellpeper called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 6:35 PM. Committee Business a. Review/Discuss Vouchers 1. December 2023 Voucher Report The Committee had no concerns. b. Information and Discussion - City Purchasing Card Procedures Due to a request by the Committee, Sullivan-Murray presented information on the City’s Purchasing Card Program and Procurement Policy explaining the requirements of City issued credit cards and the rebate we receive when making credit card purchases. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Moroni. Motion carried 3-0-0.
