City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes February 19, 2024 - 6:00 PM Aldermen Present: Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg, Andrew Moroni Also Present: Robert Magnus, Mark Frye, Diane Coenen, Laurie Sullivan-Murray Chairman Schellpeper called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 6:00 PM and appropriate meeting notification was confirmed. Committee Business Sullivan-Murray gave a PowerPoint presentation on Items a. & b. She also handed out a Budget Report Excel Spreadsheet that provided information on General Fund Revenues & Expenses and the Budget Report Bottom Line. The Committee asked questions and commented on the four agenda items. a. Review/Discuss the 4th Quarter 2023 Financials (October 1 - December 31, 2023) b. Review/Discuss the 4th Quarter Capital Purchase Order Summary (October 1 - December 31, 2023) c. Consider/recommend 4th Quarter 2023 Grants & Donations Received and Budget Amendments (October 1 - December 31, 2023) Motion to recommend 4th Quarter 2023 Grants & Donations received and Budget Amendments as presented for October 1 - December 31, 2023 made by Schellpeper and seconded by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0-0. d. Review/Discuss January 2024 Voucher Report Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Moroni and seconded by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0-0.
