City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes March 19, 2024 - 6:50 PM Aldermen Present: Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg, Andrew Moroni Also Present: Matt Mulder, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Kevin Ellis, Eric Boettcher, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Kevin Freber, Jason Gallo, Jason Herzog, Kevin Kaari, James Pfister, Laurie Sullivan-Murray Chairman Schellpeper called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 6:50 PM and appropriate meeting notification was confirmed. Committee Business a. Review/Discuss Vouchers 1. Voucher Report - February 2024 The Committee noted the Flock Camera payment and Pfister stated three cameras are installed, the fourth is to be installed and they will go live next week. The Committee reminded Pfister to provide a future update on the use. b. Consider/recommend Resolution 24-R3182 Approving Amendments to the 2024 Budget for Continuing Appropriations Motion to recommend Resolution 24-R3182 approving amendments to the 2024 Budget for Continuing Appropriations made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Moroni. Motion carried 3-0-0. c. Consider/recommend Resolution 24-R3181 Authorizing the Refund and Recovery of Unlawful Taxes to Wisconsin Brewing Company for 2023 Personal Property Tax Motion to recommend Resolution 24-R3181 authorizing the refund and recovery of unlawful taxes to Wisconsin Brewing Company for 2023 Personal Property Tax made by Moroni and seconded by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0-0. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Moroni and seconded by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0-0.
