City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes April 16, 2024 - 7:00 PM Aldermen Present: Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg, Andrew Moroni Also Present: Robert Magnus, Matt Mulder, Chris Douglas, Matt Rosek, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Kevin Ellis, Lucas Caine, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Kevin Freber, Mark Frye, Jason Gallo, Erik Joost, Kevin Kaari, James Pfister, Laurie Sullivan-Murray, Scott Osborn Chairman Schellpeper called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 7:00 PM and appropriate meeting notification was confirmed. Committee Business a. Consider/recommend approval of 1st Quarter 2024 Donations and Budget Amendments (January 1 - March 31, 2024) Motion to recommend approval of the 1st Quarter 2024 donations received & budget amendments as presented for January 1 - March 31,2024 made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Moroni. Motion carried 3-0-0. b. Review/Discuss Vouchers 1. March 2024 Voucher Report Sullivan-Murray stated she would send out May dates to the members of the Finance Committee to determine the date of the Finance Quarterly meeting, which is typically held on a Monday. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Moroni. Motion carried 3-0-0.
