Committee Business a. Review/Discuss Vouchers 1. June 2024 Voucher Report b. Consider/recommend Approval of Change Order for Engineering Costs for Rockwell Park Phase 2 Design Motion to recommend approval of Change Order for engineering costs for Rockwell Park Phase 2 Design made by Rosek and seconded by Aultman Kloth. Motion carried 2-0-1. Voted no – Aultman Kloth. c. Consider/recommend Authorization of Budget Amendments for Grants/Donations Received, Use of Fund Balance Reserves and Crew Wages Budget Allocation for 2nd Quarter (4/1/24 - 6/30/24) Motion to recommend authorization of Budget Amendments for Grants/Donations received, use of Fund Balance Reserves and Crew Wages Budget Allocation for 2nd Quarter (4/1/24 - 6/30/24) made by Aultman Kloth and seconded by Rosek. Motion carried 3-0-0. d. Consider/recommend Resolution 24-R3210 Authorizing a Budget Amendment for the 2024 Utility PILOT Payment Shortfall Motion to recommend Resolution 24-R3210 authorizing a Budget Amendment for the 2024 Utility PILOT Payment shortfall made by Rosek and seconded by Aultman Kloth.
