City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes August 20, 2024 - 6:25 PM Aldermen Present: Karen Spiegelberg, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Matt Rosek Also Present: Robert Magnus, Matt Mulder, Andrew Moroni, Charles Schellpeper, Chris Douglas, Eric Boettcher, Lucas Caine, Diane Coenen, Kevin Freber, Mark Frye, Jason Herzog, Kevin Kaari, Scott Osborn, Laurie Sullivan- Murray, Brad Timm, Stan Sugden Chairman Spiegelberg called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 6:25 PM and appropriate meeting notification was confirmed. Committee Business a. Consider/recommend Final Resolution 24-R3215 to Levy Special Assessments Under Municipal Police Power for Oconomowoc Parkway Sanitary Sewer Improvements Sullivan introduced the item and Sugden went over the details of the Engineering Report noting Journey 21 was not part of the initial resolution but has since approached the City about getting additional REC’s as they want to add more apartments to their development. Motion to recommend Final Resolution 24-R3215 to Levy Special Assessments under Municipal Police Power for Oconomowoc Parkway Sanitary Sewer Improvements made by Aultman Kloth and seconded by Rosek. Motion carried 3-0-0. b. Consider/recommend Final Resolution 24-R3216 to Levy Special Assessments Under Municipal Police Power for the Northeast Area Pumping Station Sullivan introduced the item and Sugden went over the details of the Engineering Report. Motion to recommend Final Resolution 24-R3216 to Levy Special Assessments under Municipal Police Power for the Northeast Area Pumping Station made by Rosek and seconded by Aultman Kloth. Motion carried 3-0-0. c. Review/Discuss Vouchers – No comments or concerns by the Committee. 1. July 2024 Voucher Report Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Aultman Kloth and seconded by Rosek. Motion carried 3-0-0.
