Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District Meeting Minutes
April 21, 2017
President Elling called the meeting to order at 12:07 pm.
Members present: President Elling, Vice President Frye, Commissioner Niemann and Commissioner Nold
Members absent: Commissioner Riley
2. Comments from Audience: None.
3. Reports of Staff: None.
4. Discussion and Action on stormwater management plan for new commercial development south of Pabst
Farms Boulevard and east of Summit Avenue (STH 67) [Mills Fleet Farm]:
Frye stated this whole area was designed for a large project that was going to have a lot of impervious area. He stated the
ponds are already in place and he is comfortable with moving this forward. Niemann responded both McIlheran and
Sugden discussed thoroughly how the facilities are in place and functioning properly, including the 2015 site inspections.
Motion made by Niemann to approve the stormwater management plan for the Mills Fleet Farm Project in the Pabst
Farms Town Centre, subject to technical review and approval by the City of Oconomowoc Engineer and Village of Summit
Engineer; second by Nold. Motion carried 4-0.
5. Comments from Commissioners: None.
6. Set Meeting Dates: The next meeting of the Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District is tentatively set for 4:30 p.m. at
Oconomowoc City Hall on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
Motion by Nold to adjourn at 12:10 pm; second by Frye. Motion carried 4-0.
